bmw365 is operated under a PAGCOR license and is subject to Philippine law. All disputes, claims, and legal matters arising from use of bmw365 are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each player is permitted one bmw365 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. bmw365 reserves the right to close any duplicate account and forfeit any balances held in it, regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by bmw365 are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is grounds for account termination.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bmw365 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the bmw365 website located at bmw365.one and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited. bmw365 employs technical and manual verification processes to detect multi-accounting and will take enforcement action including account closure and balance forfeiture upon detection.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. bmw365 strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication. You must notify bmw365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
bmw365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed within your account Wallet section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. bmw365 will process withdrawal requests within the timelines published on the Platform, subject to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) review where required by law or PAGCOR regulations.
bmw365 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bmw365 bonuses:
All games offered on bmw365 operate according to published game rules provided by the respective game provider (including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution). bmw365 ensures that all games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error, bmw365 will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical fault on bmw365's systems, affected wagers will be refunded to the Player's Wallet. bmw365 is not liable for losses resulting from the Player's own internet connection failures or device malfunctions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bmw365 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
bmw365 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct, void related winnings, and refer the matter to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
bmw365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. bmw365 provides the following tools to all registered Players:

All content on the bmw365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of bmw365 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bmw365 content without express written permission from bmw365.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bmw365 shall not be liable for:
bmw365's aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bmw365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Upon termination for breach, bmw365 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus balance and to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Real Money Balances held in accounts closed without cause will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and bmw365 shall first be submitted to bmw365's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not resolved through the above process.
bmw365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of bmw365 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using bmw365 and may close your account by contacting our support team.
